Beet & Berry Hemp Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1 serving V-60 Hemp Heart Protein (36 grams)
½ cup blueberries (95 grams)
½ cup strawberries (83 grams)
½ cup blackberries (75 grams)
½ cup cooked beets (yes, beets!) (85 grams)
¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (60 grams)
¼ cup orange juice (60 grams)
½ cup plain Greek Yogurt (120 grams)
3 Tablespoon Raw Honey (63 grams)

Directions:

*One serving of V-60 Hemp Heart Protein is 19 grams of protein!
Make sure the beets & berries are completely frozen.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until silky smooth. Serve chilled.
Want it thicker? Omit the orange juice & coconut milk and place smoothie mixture in a bowl instead of a
glass. Place banana slices, or fruit of your choice, crunchy granola, and chia seeds for a protein packed
breakfast bowl.
Yields: 1 12 ounce smoothie

Variations:

-Add bananas, kiwis or your favorite frozen fruit of your choice.
-Substitute nut butter instead of greek yogurt.
-Substitute any non-dairy milk of your choosing.
-Substitute mangos or pineapple instead of beets.
