Ingredients:
1 cup of Hemp Heart Baking Flour (85 grams)
1 cup all-purpose flour (85 grams)
½ cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup of your favorite milk
¼ cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Mix hemp heart baking flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Mix the milk mixture and the dry ingredients with a spoon or spatula until combined.
The batter should be thick and may contain some lumps.
Evenly divide the batter into 12 muffins in the pan.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean!
Variations:
Add some vanilla flavor by adding a ½ tsp of vanilla extract to the milk mix.
Add ¾ cup of your favorite muffin extras like blueberries or chocolate chips! Enjoy!
