Hemp Brownies(Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

250g cashew butter (or nut butter of your choice)

100g whole eggs (about 2 eggs)

56g Coconut oil (or butter)

Splash of Vanilla

80g V-70 Hemp Heart Protein

40g Cocoa Powder

134g Coconut Sugar or Granulated Sugar

170g dark chocolate chips

3g Kosher Salt or Sea Salt


Directions:

  1. Grease & line parchment paper for a 8x8 square baking dish.
  2. Melt together dark chocolate, nut butter, & coconut oil (or butter) over low heat on the stove or microwave. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3.  Add dry ingredients & chocolate mixture together with a spatula or whisk.
  4. Add eggs & vanilla las. Miix until the batter is extremely smooth.
  5.  Pour into a baking dish & bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  6. Once done, place in the fridge for 30 minutes before indulging!
