Ingredients:
250 ml oat milk (1 cup)
10g Chia Seeds (1 Tablespoon)
10g Victory Foods Premium Raw Hemp Seeds (1 Tablespoon)
27g Rolled Oats (⅓ cup)
8g Shredded Coconut (1 Tablespoon)
Extras:
For Extra Protein: Add 30g of V-70 Hemp Heart Protein to it for 20g of extra protein!
For sweetness: Add ¼ cup berries or fruit or choice and 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar.
Directions:
Combine Base Ingredients: In a jar or container, mix together the oats, milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut. Stir well to combine.
Refrigerate Overnight: Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 5 hours, to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
Add Toppings and Serve: In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with your choice of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter, granola, or spices. Add a bit of Greek yogurt if you desire a creamier texture. Enjoy!
