Fresh Herb Dip

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup V-ONE™ Hemp Heart Oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp freshly minced garlic (about 1 small to medium garlic clove)
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Your favorite bread for dipping

Directions: 

Using a clean paper towel, pat dry the fresh herbs. 

Roughly chop the fresh herbs and mince the garlic. 

In a small bowl, combine the V-ONE™ Hemp Heart Oil with the herbs, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. 

Add salt to taste and enjoy!

In a Hurry? Substitute 1 teaspoon of dried herbs for every tablespoon of fresh herbs (or just use ½ the amount of fresh herb as dried herbs) for a quick and delicious oil dip!
