Strawnana Smoothie

       

Ingredients:

1 serving of V-60™ Hemp Heart Protein – 36 grams

2 frozen bananas – roughly 200 grams

10 frozen strawberries - roughly 200 grams

1 cup of your favorite milk (dairy or plant based) – roughly 150 grams

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into blender. Some pro tips are to have the strawberries and bananas cut up into pieces before freezing. We like to cut them, freeze them in a glass jar, then run hot water around the glass jar and all the frozen fruit will slide out like a puck. Also using bagged frozen fruit works too! If you are using room temperature fruit, then add a few ice cubes.  

Variations:

Try all kinds of frozen fruit combinations, add in a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter, and for an even bigger boost add 15 grams of our Premium Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds! Blend on!
